\ndance among each other,
\nbreathe in the cool winter air,
\ncry out

\njust because I think so.
\nThoughts have lead me wrong,
\nbeing formulated in meats
\nthat rot constantly
\nwith the sickening smell of memories
\nor so I've heard
\nnot seen for myself
\nand maybe I should,
\nreflected in a mirror
\nas I get dizzy
\nand my head slides wetly
\nto smack against the counter.
\nYou know,
\ndouble check
\njust this once.<\/p>\n
\ncalcified hardness
\nthat screams for a hammer.
\nI'm tired of prying
\nand squirming
\nand exhausting every method
\nto get a peek.
\nYet the sun rises and falls
\nand once again I am there
\nwondering.
\nOnce again I guess,
\nand take up arms
\nagainst the unyielding beauty
\nand once again
\nthe pieces
