But that&#8217;s why it&#8217;s a draft, right?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>More<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;re more than just<br \/>\na fucked up piece of ass<br \/>\nsliced and preserved<br \/>\nfor convenient serving.<br \/>\nNo, the plating counts,<br \/>\nyour movement,<br \/>\nslow brush of fingers<br \/>\nthrough exhaled breath,<br \/>\nscattering it across<br \/>\nbruised skin.<br \/>\nYou move your chest,<br \/>\ninward and out,<br \/>\nin quick, heavy action.<br \/>\nYou view like a desperate photographer<br \/>\nabout to miss the moment.<br \/>\nYou present yourself this way,<br \/>\nhurt, horny, hopeful<br \/>\nthat someone will deem you relevant,<br \/>\nand I am tired of the act.<br \/>\nI can hear the click of tiny gears<br \/>\ndeep inside your plan,<br \/>\nwound and working.<br \/>\nI can feel the way you&#8217;re always there<br \/>\njust when,<br \/>\nthe small opening of weakness<br \/>\nI require for recharging,<br \/>\nand never else.<br \/>\nSetting the stage for a performance<br \/>\nnormally takes stagehands<br \/>\nbustling about<br \/>\nswinging hammers.<br \/>\nYou&#8217;ve done it alone,<br \/>\nlike always.<br \/>\nYou&#8217;re more.<\/p>\n<p>So am I.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Started with the first two lines as a writing prompt, and this is where it went.
